New Image Roofing came to our rescue! We were trying to replace our roof as a requirement to maintain homeowners insurance and began the process 7 months in advance. The company we originally hired gave us the run-around about why they weren't starting work - it turned out they were scammers posing as a project manager for a reputable company. We made this discovery 2 months from our insurance renewal date. Now enter New Image Roofing: They were very sensitive to our situation. They got our roof replaced in time for our insurance renewal, helped us with pricing options since we may never get our deposit back from the scammers, did high-quality work, and were in constant communication throughout the process. Ryan Robbins and his team at New Image Roofing were very easy to work with, punctual, and professional. They took care of the permitting and coordinated with my insurance so the process was seamless.
