  I want to thank the excellent group of men and women at New Horizon Home Improvements. Their attention to detail, was on target. The ability of the salesmen, and the project manger, to understand what I wanted was refreshing. The office lady was a delight to talk with. The installers were respectful, courteous, and kept me informed at each step of the project. I was truly in awe of the specular view from my 2 new beautiful windows. I have been so proud to show them off to neighbors , family, and friends. I have given out this company's name to everyone. Please consider them for your next project.

  New Horizon Home Improvement was wonderful. They were incredibly responsive. And they had the only representative who didn't talk to us like we were idiots. They installed 26+ windows, including a very large picture window, plus 2 sliding doors. They also rebuilt our greenhouse. They were exceptionally quick and they have someone who is actually *at* the office, answering emails and phone calls. I cannot speak highly enough of their work.

  New Horizon's team did an excellent job. The price was reasonable, given the current shortages. The crew worked hard and fast and did an excellent job. The wait time to get the job done was reasonable as well. They also did a great job installing new gutters. My only (minor) complaint was that the job site was not very well cleaned up. I found over a dozen nails on my driveway over the next few weeks, all obviously from the job. There were water bottles left in the bushes and garden, and in the lawn I found a strip from a nail gun with half a dozen nails still in it that could've caused injury to a pet or kid. I don't mind cleaning that sort of thing up myself, but it wasn't what I'd been told to expect. All in all the team did fantastic work and I'd definitely hire them again.
