  We noticed a leak by ways of yellow stains on our ceiling. We called one roofing company, they quoted $2700 for broken tiles, algae cleaning and a whole mess of other charges. Then we called New Era and they sent out someone within the hour and he said there were NO broken tiles, showed me pic/video proof and found the true cause of the leak (coming from our furnace). They were nice, courteous, polite and most importantly HONEST. I will call them for any and all of my roofing needs!

  Rey's team did a superb job starting from the quotes to the final re-roofing. Always one text away from any questions or concerns and patient to lay out his knowledge and honest judgement. He pointed defects and concerns and gave me the option to decide what is my best route. I highly advise using his business for your roofing needs.

  We had 11 bids to replace our 30 year old shake roof and Rey did the job for the estimate that was initially agreed on. No surprises, no new costs and they completed the job by Friday morning. Their work is excellent, professional and they cleaned up every day before they left. Rey went out of his way to find they right type/color of shingle to match our house. The team was very polite, courteous and friendly. Special thanks to Rey, Xavier, Ralf, Ryan and Joseph for their hard work removing and installing the roof. Thanks Guys!
