Everyone at New Castle Installs have been professional, knowledgeable, really, just nice people. Ryan came out to inspect our 30 year old roof, found a crack in my skylight, and mold starting to form in the attic. We had a new roof within 2 weeks. The crew was amazing, got it done in 1 day, and left the landscape cleaner than it was before they got there. Highly recommend New Castle Installs.

Jeff came out to our house to do an estimate for siding,  and he was great.  He let us know what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done, and what he thought would increase the value and livability of the home.  When we are ready to go forward with our project we will definitely be working with them.

Ryan came out and did and inspection and quote for new siding on my house. He was incredibly nice and professional. He was very straight forward and explained my options clearly. I would definitely recommend giving them a call for your house projects!

I asked for a bid so I could plan financially for the project. Jeff came that very week and did a roof inspection. He took pictures then explained to me what he had found. He also explained different financing options that the company had if I wanted to use them. He was not pushy but was very informative. I haven’t decided yet how I will proceed but feel confident about the situation.

New Castle absolutely exceeded my expectations on this project. From the original Bid done by Jordan to the follow through and the install, they were fast, professional, and efficient. Roof looks great, they also updated the look of my roof with new vents and flashings. Pricing was very competitive, and their install window was a month faster than anyone else in the area. 10/10 Would use again on my next home.

Ryan and Jeff came out for a roof inspection and were extremely professional. They arrived on time and were extremely thorough. They took pictures of all issues and ensured that we were aware of anything that guaranteed needed to be fixed. They never claimed any issue they didn’t have a photo to show to back up.

100% will be using them for my roof replacement, and am already looking at their other services as well. It’s obvious they pride themselves on customer service and a quality product.

Jeff Kelley came out today and helped us with are new bath room and roof replacement you Coiuldnt ask for a nicer guy. We are so happy with this service. Highly recommend

Hired them to do a shower remodel.  Told us it would take six weeks.  Kept calling us to see when they could do a hard measure so we hired our contractor and a plumber to completely demolish the old shower and move the toilet.  Bathroom is now totally unusable.  Now they tell us it will be SIX MONTHS before they can install, not six weeks.  Had we known this we would have waited to tear up our bathroom so soon and we are out over $4,000 paying a contractor and a plumber to do this work.  Outrageous prices but certainly not outrageous service.  Lied to us several times and Jennifer who works there just wants to talk, talk, talk, and won't ever listen.  She is horrible for that company as she is rude and lies and has no respect for the customer.

Made a consultation today with New Castle Installs today. Jeff came out and provided awesome service same day. We ended up purchasing from him right away. Very professional, personable and helpful. If you want QUALITY and service give them a call!

Newcastle installs were outstanding. We love the new bathroom they created. Sean O’hara was dedicated to following up on the progress and always quickly responded to our questions. The install team was meticulous in their efforts to take care of every little detail. I would always recommend Newcastle to anyone considering a remodel.
