  We had our roof replaced by New American Home Improvement this past Thanksgiving. We appreciated the amount of legwork done by Brandon as he worked with us to determine if hail damage had actually occurred and as he helped verify our insurance coverage. He kept on top of our situation and in a timely fashion we were able to choose new roofing materials with his assistance. The roofers themselves were on time, courteous, left no mess, and finished the roof in record time. The entire experience was very good. Thank you!

  Steve and his team were fantastic. Steve was totally upfront with what to expect and helped navigate the steps with getting insurance approval, which is not complicated at all. My premium actually went down too after the claim since the home now has new roof. They use a public adjuster which key to getting approval from your insurance company. The quality of work was amazing. I have a 3000 sq ft house and they did a tear off and replacement in one day and the clean up was just as impressive. Highly recommended!
