  Neligan Roofing and Construction was recommended to us by a relative/ business partner. This company has done several jobs for him, and he put us in touch for a new roof and some repairs to a property we owned. Neligan and all associates are great to work with; they are professional and responsive throughout the entire process. The quality of the work is exceptional. We highly recommend the company!

  We just recently had Jason and Deaton with Neligan, father and son duo, install gutter at our new home. They are the best! Truly professional service and good quality work. They take pride in the finished product. If hiring Neligan for gutter work, make sure to request Jason and Deaton. Neligan also just installed a new roof for us. Juan is the go to guy on that front. Juan does whatever it takes to make the customer happy. He literally does anything it takes to see the job to a quality completion. Juan is a real asset to the Neligan team. Thank you Juan!   My entire experience with Neligan Construction & Roofing, LLC. was more than excellent. The staff at the office is extremely professional, nice and tactful. Tracy Waterman was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to give me good advice and information. Tracy was so patient in answering all my questions and concerns, from ordering the supply materials, licensing and scheduling the installation appointment. Juan Edgar and the installers were also professional and efficient. They did a wonderful job overall as well as on the install, and I’ve noticed a difference already (since living in Florida we obviously see a lot of rain) Thank you all so much! I will definitely be referring you to people that I know and I will be using you all for any future roof work I need done as well. Marlo
