  Neil completed a small remodel project in our bathroom after years of my searching for a contractor to complete the work. As the work involved only removing an interior wall and leaving a half wall, most contractors did not want to take it on as they considered it too small a project. Although Neil was busy like all contractors in the area, he got my project in his queue and after waiting a couple months, completed the project within one day for a very reasonable price. He was very professional and his work looked great! I would highly recommend Neil Chaney Construction for all your construction needs.
