  We spoke to three other roofing companies who couldn’t help us. German was on time for the estimate and let us know he could help. He kept me up to date with when the materials would be arriving and when they would be starting the job. From start to finish, it only took them two days to get the job done. They had to completely remove our old roofing materials and replace with metal roofing. When they were finished, the old materials had already been cleaned up and hauled away, and we had a beautiful new roof. I would recommend Neighbor Metal Roof to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

  I called about a small leak in my workshop and German showed up within 30 min. He did his inspection and offered to make the repairs on the spot! Within a couple of hours my roof is properly fixed and he cleaned up all debris. Very personable and professional! I would use him in the future and recommend him to anyone!! UPDATE: 06/08/2021(2ND VISIT/ REVIEW) After some MORE heavy storms I had numerous leaks in my workshop. I called German Martinez/ Neighbor Metal Roof and he promptly came to inspect. We decided to replace the roof given the number of leaks; it was just worn out. He gave me a very fair price quote and did the job a couple of days later. He is a man of his word, prompt, polite, takes pride in his work and explains the scope of work. When finished they cleaned up and went over my yard with a magnet to get up the old nails! Many roofers skip this. HE'S A REAL PRO AND A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH! IF YOU NEED ROOF WORK THIS IS A GREAT GUY TO GET THE JOB DONE!!

  Mr. Martinez came out the same day I called for help. He found the issue on the roof and repaired it that day at a good fair price. Highly recommend him for roofing work.
