Charles and his crew were very professional, meticulous with details and communicated with us throughout the entire process. They replaced our roof, replaced all the wood rot on our porch with composite materials and installed new metal roof on porch. Our porch soffit was removed and replaced with beautiful, custom stained tongue in groove wood. They went above and beyond on all details. Would highly recommend them. Love a local company over any big name company. Very personable and easy to work with on all aspects.

Brand new roof, and copper gutters we installed by Nealman Construction. They did a fantastic job with the install.
I called a handful of different roofers in the area for quotes -- Charles was super responsive and professional which is why I went with his company. I will be using them again soon for other work on the house.

We needed a new roof due to the age of our house. We reached out to Nealman Construction and had immediate contact. Both my wife and I have long hours at work but Charles was very accommodating and worked around our schedule. He has done work on multiple houses in our neighborhood so he was already aware of all of the HOA stipulations which made this process about as easy as it gets. The new roof looks great as well as has been brought up to modern standards. Plus, worth mentioning, my gutters were cleaned out. Honestly, I could not ask for a better outcome.

Our 1900 house had a metal roof and the dormer was leaking, and the gutters weren’t functioning. Charles was the only roofer to propose an attractive approach to the dormer, using composite board for resistance to rot, painted to match our eaves. He also understood half round gutters and reconfigured our “Frankengutter” set up. The large sturdy downspouts are wonderful. His crew had the roof itself replaced in a day and then Charles and someone from his team spent the time needed to get the gutters and dormer right. We highly recommend Nealman Construction!

We love a challenge. The final product is well worth the effort.

Charles came out to help my wife and I with some minor repairs. We were so blown away by the level of personal attention from Charles, the quality of work was outstanding  and all his guys are very respectful of the home that needless to say Nealman Construction has done the entirety of our homes exterior. New siding,windows, doors, roof and he built a new roof on a patio. We will never use another  contractor!#HappyWifeHappyLife

Chuck and his team did a phenomenal job on our back porch roof and siding. The quality of work and attention to detail were outstanding. Him and his crew were professional and worked efficiently throughout the project. I would highly recommend for any roof/deck/siding work. Added some photo of the finished job. Great work guys!

Nealman Construction is highly recommended. We needed the roof and skylights replaced, and a wall A/C removed and covered on our addition. The job was easy to schedule. They arrived on time, and competed the work efficiently and faster than expected! One of the most appreciated components of their work, besides it being done with attention to detail and to expert completion, is that they cleaned up as they worked. They were professional, pricing was affordable, and we couldn’t be happier.
