  Steve with Nationwide Roofing contacted me regarding area damages sustained in a recent storm. They had repaired several neighbors' roofs advised they observed issues with mine. After an inspection, they provided a detailed analysis of the associated storm and wind damage my roof sustained. After an extensive review/complaint search on this company, I contracted them to complete the work. Nationwide Roofing ran the entire process from start to finish to include communicating with the insurance company and coordinating delivery and install times. I called Steve frequently and if he did not answer immediately, I was sure to get a quick call back. This company was easy to work with and they were quite flexible with my requests. After approximately 1 week, I observed a popped nail through a shingle. They responded and repaired the issue without hesitation. The install team was diligent, worked non-stop over several days, and did a stellar clean-up job everyday. I would hire again in the future.

  The whole process started in August 2021. Insurance approval came within a couple of weeks and roof installation was done in mid February. A little slow in my opinion but this is mainly due to the time the county took to approve. Communication during the process was fluid. Once all permits were in and job was scheduled, installation took two days, very good job and good looking new roof.

  I used nationwide roofing for my roof replacement. Julian was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and responded to all my calls and messages. He made sure he checked on everything and made sure the work was done properly. It was a good experience. I would recommend their services. Thank You Julian and Nationwide Roofing!
