Customer Name:: Bob Nice I am writing to thank Nailhead Roofing for the superior roofing job done at my residence. I am offering my highest recommendation to anyone proposing to use your services in the future. The job was performed in a timely and professional manner and your integrity as a sales professional was impressive. It was remarkable how you were able to have it completely covered by Insurance after being damaged by a Hail Storm! Without your experience and knowledge I know, I would have been paying out of my own pocket for some rough roof patch work that I’m sure would have looked terrible. It ended up that the only money out of my pocket was my deductible and cost to replace the roof on my shed. My Insurance Company would not cover it because it wasn't damaged enough. I wanted it to match the house and Brad (The Owner) treated me right with the cost to get it done!! Also, as a bonus I was able to receive a promotion Nailhead Roofing is running for a free upgrade to an Architectural Shingle with a lifetime warranty! It’s not just a boring flat shingle roof anymore. Now it pops and has a 3D look . My new roof looks AWESOME and I couldn't be happier! Brad, during the entire process your greatest concern was that I was satisfied with the job and you went beyond the necessary measures to ensure so. P.S.
