I have worked at NB Handy for nearly 10 years and it's been a fantastic experience. I started as Marketing Coordinator and found my niche within the culture as event planner and Executive Assistant. I was recently offered the opportunity to completely pivot into an HR role - which has been fresh, interesting and new. The CEO, Rosana Chaidez, thinks out of the box and the Leadership Team executes very quickly. Culture is a top priority at NB Handy. Leadership is committed to matching talent/skill/desire with appropriate opportunities. Management is trained on personality and skill sets necessary to keep their teams balanced and growing. This company feels cutting edge and like we are all in on the ground floor of something big, but stands on the foundation of 130 years of experience. It's great to be part of a winning team.
