Very professional and personable. Needed some repairs so we could refinance which caused a bit of a time crunch. Zach came out same day to inspect the roof and 1week to the day the repairs were complete. Cannon showed up early and was done in no time. He was very professional and obviously takes pride in doing great work.I received my inspection report and pictures of all the repaired areas within minutes of completion. Hollie in the office was a breath of fresh air, she along with the rest of the team understand and take customer service very seriously, I was made to feel that I was their most important customer even though my repairs were simple compared to most of the projects they are working on. I would recommend this team and company to anyone for all roofing needs. Keep up the good work My Town Roofing with customer service like I experienced you will always have work to do.

Great experience with My Town Roofing. From the very beginning of the process David is very easy to deal with and comes when he says he will be there. He was very hands on throughout the install and very particular with clean up. Overall a fantastic job.

Our realtor recommended My Town Roofing to replace a skylight that was cracked. Service from the start of the conversation was exceptional. Everyone we worked with was friendly and patient, and the price was reasonable. In the end, they replaced the cracked skylight, and we are very happy with the work.
