Victor is a true professional and easy to work with. I had nothing but a positive experience with My Skylights and Victor. From start to finish, the process was painless. I called the company to get an estimate on skylight installation. Due to the placement issue on the roof, Victor recommended sun tunnel. With a careful roof inspection, he recommended replace and repair of air-vent and pipe collar. I went with his recommendation and the result was very satisfying. The sun tunnel looks amazing, and other roof work was excellent. I am very satisfied with the work and service provided by Victor and the Company.

Victor explained what was needed thoroughly and was very prompt in getting the estimate to us and in scheduling the project. He addressed the problem (a leak) right away and then returned when the weather was more appropriate to complete the project. He was on time, provided excellent service and communicated well throughout the process, which we really appreciated.

Reached out to several companies to deal with leaking skylights.  Received prompt response from My Skylights.  Arranged a meeting time to obtain a quote.  Received a very fair quote in relation to other firms.  Victor, the owner,  explained the problem and options to replace the twenty two year old skylights.  Showed up promptly on the agreed upon date to replace the skylights.  Finished the work within 20 minutes of the estimated time.  Also cleaned two skylights on the upper room that were not leaking.  Highly recommend this company.

We found My Skylights online and we highly recommend them for your projects. With them, first we added two solar skylights to two bathrooms and then we added 2 for another bathroom. Victor, the owner of the firm, came in on time, explained all options to us and when the installation time came in, he was very responsive and professional. Victor and his team did a superb job. They removed our old skylights and installed new ones quickly and neatly. Victor found two sets of shingles to match our no-longer-available ones. In addition, they resealed our chimney and kitchen vents. They were careful and left no trace of having worked there. They were cheerful, helpful and thorough, and we look forward to seeing Victor again as soon as blinds become available.

Replaced two leaking skylights. Victor showed up went on the roof inspected the skylights gave me a great estimate to replace both of them. Ordered new skylights within a week. Showed up on time installed them. No more
cheap plastic skylights with noise when it's raining and the room is now way warmer, clear sky, no noise, a brighter room. The way a skylight supposed to be.

For anyone who needs a skylight replaced, I highly recommend Victor! He did a great job replacing two skylights, laid down drop cloths all over the house and moved furniture. He showed up on time and was great about communicating and scheduling. He was also competitively priced based on my other estimates.  Also when he gave us the estimate he was very honest and upfront about the options. Took about 4 weeks to order, but that’s thanks to COVID and shipping issues.

(We don’t benefit from this review at all, but I will tell you that it took a lot of phone calls to find a company that would come out and replace the skylights. Many roofing companies refused to even estimate it.)
