  Murtaugh Restorations just completed a complete gut and renovation of our full bathroom. They were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process, all the way back to the initial visit for the estimate. The project team was great. They were responsible. They took care of everything that I asked and their work was excellent.

  I had them come out last April/May to quote exterior repairs. Nothing major, but 3k ish worth of work. Very pleased with estimator and contract process. They advised that they were quite busy and wouldn't be able to get me until August. I was totally fine with that, I didn't start calling them until the middle of August as I knew they were busy. Then, nothing except excuses. While the office person was very polite and apologetic, I was repeatedly told that my job "was on the board" "with a star" which means they would get to it within the next week or two. This went on until the weather no longer allowed them to perform the work. I can not speak to their quality of work because they never performed any. I didn't put any money down when I signed the contract so I'm not out anything, but now I need to find another contractor and start the whole process over again with the repairs being in worse condition because they sat for a year. Do not waste your valuable time with this company, simply not worth it. Very disappointing.

  Called for an estimate and they sent someone out to look at the job. Didn’t hear from them after a week or so, so I called and spoke with someone. Never did hear from them.
