  Pat Mullen is professional and reliable and does top notch work for a good price. I couldn't recommend anyone better in the gutter installation and gutter cleaning business.

  Every time Pat makes an appointment he doesn't show up. No one ever answers the phone. Pat finally showed up to give an estimate. We agreed on what was to be done and the price. Then he was gone again, for weeks I attempted to contact his company and could never get anywhere. He forced me to use someone else. Maybe mullen construction is so successful they don't need the work, but I have to say I would NOT trust anyone that feels that way.

  My roof had a high snow on the roof edge. Clogged downspout with the ice dam and dripping gutter . Mullen removed the snow , cleaned the ice, open downspout and drained the water. He made inspection of this roof edge and discover rotten fascia. He explain whole condition to me and gave me two options for the treatment . The response time was very short and bill very reasonable. I'll hire him for more work at spring time. Mario
