  We are delighted with our new roof from Mueller Builders. As long time OBX owners, we’ve had our share of disappointing contractors; however, our experience with this company was outstanding and we are happy to recommend them. I was not able to be onsite for this work, but Aaron Young provided excellent communication throughout the installation process, sending pictures of both their progress and the finished product. Before the job, he walked me through the details of the fortification process (which is especially important for oceanfront properties like ours), and offered good advice on color selection and shingle type. He listened closely about leak issues we’d had in the past and took special care when repairing & sealing that section of our roof. The job was scheduled for exactly when we needed it and everything was completed in under a week. We now feel confident that our home is well protected from the elements.   Mueller Builders installed a fortified roof in March 2021 on our cottage in Kill Devil Hills. Not only were they on time & professional, they pushed through and had the job completed the same day. I know it was a long day for the crew, but this home owner was very appreciative. Our roof looks great! We are very pleased and are very happy to refer them to other home owners searching for a roofing contractor. 5 stars!

  Wonderful value, response was fantastic. Roof was completely replaced within two weeks of receiving quote. Aaron was terrific to work with on this project. We were extremely happy with the Quality of the work they performed. The place was left immaculate after job completed.
