I called MT Gutters after a recommended gutter company didn't follow through. I needed a gutter repair and cleaning. Travis was prompt, gave me a reasonable estimate, and was able to schedule my service much sooner than I thought. The workmen were on time, neat, and efficient. I will recommend MT Gutters highly and plan to use them again when the need arises. Great company.

They installed new gutters for us 6 mo. ago and when I purchased a rain barrel, they came back to reconfigure the gutter end and install the barrel for me. My husband tried but there's a DEFINITE difference when done by professionals. color matched and stable. Thank you for your great service.

Poor communication Unresponsive Shoddy installation I chose MT Gutters in July utilizing posted reviews and the reasonable, median price estimate. Because of workload, the install wasn't scheduled until early August. The installation itself was quick, though we were surprised by installation damage. Multiple cracks (and shattering) in the fascia boards, some areas where the gutter was separated from the house by well over 1/2", and screws visible or only partially hitting the wood. The representative said that he'd take care of notification to get this fix repaired. Nothing happened. Later, I contacted Travis (owner?) to request that the inferior installation work be rectified. I was told that the company was swamped and they'd try to fit me in. Several weeks later, another representative came by to fix the separation issues (gap between the house and the gutter) but someone else would need to fix the broken boards. Then, several more weeks later, I received a call from the person to fix the boards. Note that this was after multiple texts simply requesting the status as our brand new house now had multiple broken fascia boards nor were we warned that this was even a possibility. Unfortunately, we are now in September (for a service ordered in July) as the repair was scheduled for one month later. The person did show in early October and repaired the board. Of course, now the paint and caulking is messed up and wrong color, so sanding and painting is required. The repair person said he's return in a couple days to complete the work (reminder - this is over 2 months after their installation damaged our house in multiple locations). This person NEVER returned even after mentioning in a text he'd definitely be out when the forecast was for no rain (obviously, living in San Antonio, we have many opportunities for this). So, after three months, the damage this company did to a brand new house has not been completely fixed. Even worse, they never followed up for any task as promised. I can understand the possibility of something going wrong in an installation but in no way can I recommend a company that simply doesn't care to fix their own damage. From my experience as an actual customer, I cannot, in anyway, recommend MT Gutters. Again, installation issues may happen but I think it reasonable to expect issues to be ameliorated less than three months later. Also that the company has some interest in ensuring a customer had an adequate installation instead of walking away with minimal communication and no responsiveness.

It is very rare wen installing gutters on any home that the 1x2 pulls away from the fascia so to suggest that it may happen during the estimate is unheard of. Out of the 300+ screws(hangers) we used to install your complete gutter system only 2 screws pulled the 1x2 away from the fascia board. Only 1 screw cracked the 1x2. The only time this pulling away and cracking of 1x2 is wen you have hardy plank as your 1x2 and fascia board. As hardy plank is NOT wood but a type of concrete board so to speak so the screws do not grab the boards the same. During this last year every contractor that does good quality work and has a great reputation over the years has been overbooked with work. So the fact we bid the job in July and did the initial install in early August is pretty good. As of now i am booked till Dec. 27th. I always refer my customers in need of any wood repair or renovation to the same guy i have used for years. I will continue to use the same guy because in the construction business its hard to find good contractors that do quality work. His communication and schedule is something unrelated to MT GUTTERS at all. Every time you called or text me i forwarded him the same message and expected him to take care of the job. So i apologize for the experience but as always i pay for any damage and offer the 40 year warranty i stand by on all my installs. Blessings to you and my apologies for the experience with the repair guy. I have spoken to him and he will be by on Nov 12th to finish the paint. Feel free to call for any other issues and thank you for the feedback i like to have any and all criticism to make us a better team to serve our community.
