  The photos really speak for themselves. The roofers nailed through the soffit around my entire home and detached garage. I learned too late that a competent roofer will simply use slightly shorter nails over the part of the roof covering the soffit to avoid this type of problem. When I pointed this damage out to them I received various excuses and vague promises that they would fix the issue. Their idea of fixing the issue was not to replace the damaged soffit but to simply paint over it....at my expense. They literally tried to make me pay them to fix the damage that they caused. After pointing out that this was totally unacceptable and that they should fix the damage they caused, they continued to drag the issue out for months until finally agreeing to paint the damaged soffit. I agreed to this compromise and then paid the outstanding portion of my invoice. This was a major mistake on my part because once they had the money I couldn't get anyone to schedule a time for the painters to come out. I eventually just gave up and paid a different company to come out and paint the soffit at my own expense. Update (3/18/22): It's been a month since a company representative responded to this review and said they would get back to me. Nobody has gotten back to me.

  Tyler started this amazing experience, from there it was in all a great Job well done. They wasted no time in getting the job started and checked on the job regularly until it was completed. The entire Nashville group worked with me they are good honest folks, Their responses to my questions were awesome. If you need a roof replaced you could not go wrong with Mr. Roof of Nashville TN.

  I received a free quote on my roof. Tyler was very thorough and knowledgeable about the job. He let us know all of our options and didn't pressure us to make a decision. We will definitely be doing business with him in the future.
