I went online and filled out an inquiry regarding drywall repair. I have many nailpops and stress cracks in second floor ceiling. A representative called me and we discussed my issue along with a first pass of how much manpower it might take. I sent photos as asked. He wanted to see as much of the issue i wanted repaired as possible. I agreed to an appointment for a projected day and a half of work. While on the job the first day, the lead technician showed me how more complex the job was and another day and 1/2 would be needed to finish everything like i wanted. They began the work and finished the first day. I expressed that I was not prepared to pay an amount so much larger than I expected so we talked it through and let me decide what I wanted now and what I could have them finish when I was ready, or do on my own. I paid for the first day's work before they left. I still have a 1/2 day of work to be done. The two technicians were very professional, kept me informed throughout the job, and knowledgeable. I believe their prices are reasonable for the quality of work I've observed.but After this part of the job is finished. I will call Mr. Handyman again to finish the things I put on hold. Seems like a good, reputable company.

Great communication and scheduling, and the technician they sent out was knowledgeable in what I needed to have done, and took pride in his work. Communication with the office staff was great around scheduling, and use of text messages for status updates and information about my tech and their arrival time (Including a photo!) was appreciated. Would certainly use them again for any maintenance needs.

James was great! He was honest and ready to help me find the root cause of my water damaging issue when he arrived. Once found he provided recommendations based on the ultimate solution I wanted as the customer and was transparent about his discovery. He was professional, friendly, and efficient!
