  After a long wait (8 months because of "supply chain issues"), the results are beyond my expectations. Communications could have been better, as I was left in the dark for months about the supply issues. Sales rep. Dan was great to work with. He answered all of my questions during the ordering process and was so helpful when I decided on a few changes. I recommend a trip to their showroom to see products in person. Installers, Hunter and John, were very professional with a keen eye for detail. Updated me daily and left everything clean at the end of every day. This job took 5 days. Complete tear out, new window, walk in shower, plumbing, vanity and flooring. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Mr. Fix It!

  We had our bathtub removed, and had a beautiful shower installed. Postor and Daniel did a great job! They clean up when they leave daily. Our walls are Seaside with scores like tile. We also opted for the barn door, I’m so happy we got the barn door.

  Everything went smoothly from the visit for the quote. To scheduling of install once materials were in, including great communication with project manger related to weather delays - understandable. Then with the install, Kevin and Rich were on time, courteous, professional, and communicated throughout the day. They stayed late in order to finish in one day. Once finished, left me with a great looking shower.
