  Robert and his crew were incredible. Once they had approval from our home warranty company our roof was fixed the same day, very quickly and efficiently. Robert kept us updated throughout the process with calls and pictures. We plan to go to them for any and all roofing needs in the future!

  My experience with Robert and Mountain Star Roofing was very good at first but after they convinced you to make the contract with them, it was all a real problem to begin with, they did not come at the time he was staying or they did not show up without any kind of call, message or any mail or any type of communication to be aware. The work changed the ceiling but they left many black stains on my walls of the house, I had to clean the screws because I did not receive any response from either Robert or Mr. Torres. I contacted Robert to see some parts of the roof that were originally removed on the edges of the house and that the water would slide off when it rained and not mistreat the wall and my property. I spoke to him too many times I sent him regular messages and WhatsApp and the answer would not answer me or the only time he did was that he would send me to another person but after that no communication, the ceiling was put up since September and the last message from he was on November 10. Now I have to hire another agency to check the property and discard some kind of damaged and check to put something on the edges of my roof to stop this problem that was never solved. For people who are looking for a roofing contractor, I do not recommend this irresponsible company and its late and wordless employees at all. If someone needs more information I can show you the photos of my house as it is damaged by water and all the black stains that they left on the walls when they changed the roof.

  Terrible business practice on behalf of Robert Banks. He does not return phone calls or emails. During initial visit presented himself very knowledgeable and made many promises. Once insurance denied, he disappeared. Gave the run around for months instead of being upfront of what was happening and acknowledging they could not complete what they promised. He very proudly stated the company has positive reviews at the BBB and that they finish what they start, but he could not be forthcoming and honest about their inability to deal with my insurance company. Come to find out 6 months during the waiting period that he filed on my behalf through my insurance company, for hail damage on a date EL PASO HAD NO HAIL (or even thunderstorms)!!! For someone with "alot" of experience and "knowledge" this sure was a HUGE mistake on his part, and mine for trusting him. Our claim was denied due to his mistake and we are left with a costly error. The worst part is that he wont return phone calls to find out what their attorneys are doing to try to appeal, as he stated. He is hiding like a coward. All he has done is tarp my roof and ask us to "wait". Taking this as a loss and warning others to help prevent you going through the same thing.
