  we didn't wind up using Blake. We're investors so we're much more price sensitive than someone building to occupy. Even though we didn't wind up using Blake he took the time to suggest quite a few changes to our design to get the costs down. His suggestions wound up saving us $60k and now our project is back on track. If he would do that for a complete stranger imagine how well he'll take care of a paying customer. A-Class operation in my book.

  Motex built my home in Waco. Amazing folks to work with: kept me up to date on progress and process, as well as asked my preferences on issues, even through the supply problems the first year of covid. Very responsive to questions and concerns. Every aspect of my new home: the living space, the cabinetry, everything, has been a joy. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Blake.

  Motex converted our patio into an enclosed sun room. We are very pleased with the new addition. Blake and his team worked closely with us with the planning and finishing to create something that is exceptional. Just had our first Thanksgiving with our extra space. It was wonderful to spread out with our 29 guests. Thanks to the entire Motex team.
