Morin's told me multiple times, including halfway through day 1 of the project, that it was a one-day job. It wasn't until I got home that day and found they had left their tools on my property with no communication from them that I figured they were coming back the next day. The project ended up taking two full days--twice the quoted time. The installers lied to me about communication I would receive from their foreman, and they damaged my property on their way out. Worst of all, their sales guy told me in July that it would be "no problem" to complete a quick and simple soffit repair to keep the pigeons out while they were doing the other job. The installers said that they couldn't reach it, so they'd have to get the roofing team to come out "in the next couple weeks." The roofing foreman first forgot about my job, then spent months ignoring calls and texts. When he did respond, it was with excuses about why they hadn't been out to do a quick and very simple job. They procrastinated me so long, continuing to tell me that they would still do it, that winter came and went. It is April, a dozen pigeons are fully moved in, and it is all Morin's fault. Do NOT use this company. They have a good product but everything about their business is AWFUL.

Helped me find a siding product I was looking for even though they did not stock it. Gave me a house address to look at an example of what they could offer. Went above and beyond. Would definitely use them.

The first part of the process has been really good. Discussed gutters and they explained how they differentiate from the general market. Little heavy on the catch phrases and the sales-man stuff. That 10 page binder pitch can be trimmed to 3 things. Appreciated that they didn't just drop off a quote. Waiting to see how the install goes.
