  This company is very unprofessional. First, we had scheduled three different consults. The first two, brandon was a no show and didn't even communicate with us to tell us he wasn't coming. We ended up hiring them to build a deck in our backyard. We picked the design and Color of our deck that we wanted then paid half of the requested amount. After they received the money they took down the original deck. Then after not hearing from them for a couple weeks they told us the color we wanted was out of stock and showed us other options. They showed us a couple different options but of a lower quality. They tried to convince us there was no difference but we had done research prior to even hiring them so we knew the difference. We asked to choose a different color of the quality we originally wanted and we could tell they didn't intend to show us that option. Due to COVID, we understood there would be delays. We were with no deck for many months, however, we were told timelines and as each timeline approached we would not hear from them. My wife would try to communicate via text, phone, and email and she never got a response. Then we decided I would try and I would get responses almost immediately if not the same day. After they received the materials they dropped them off were they sat for a long while before they started. After many months our deck finally got started and finished. This company does not like to comunicate and if they do it's usually a no show for the day. I would not recommend monumental unless you want to be waiting around for something to get done way longer then they say. We have heard from multiple other people that they do not comunicate to them as well.

  Jerik, we are sorry to hear of your unhappiness as the job has been finished since November 2020 and we have not heard any of this from your wife, with whom we signed the contract with. The original deck had to be torn down by June 12th due to city construction, pending this we could return to finish. COVID did put a significant delay in all construction materials nationwide, this was beyond anyone's control but we greatly appreciate your understanding. The original deck you had picked out was a composite deck, due to this being out of stock for so long we chose to offer a FREE UPGRADE to you for TREX decking. Trex decking is stronger and more resilient than its plastic counterparts, however we do not push any brand or materials on our customers. It is always their choice on what they would like to use! We apologize for any communication lapse you may feel took place during this project and hope you enjoy your deck for many years to come.

  Did a great job installing a extra door in our garage leading to a dog run that they also installed! Looks great! Also helped my wife carry some heavy packages into our house after fed ex delivered them! Thanks guys!

  I just had them do my roof and I am very impressed with the results! Roof looks awesome and the guys got the job done quick and did a great clean up. I would highly recommend them for any project you might have.
