  I hired Montes Roofing to complete a roof reseal and repair all roof stacks to prevent leaks into my home, within 2 months of them completing the work, I had a leak come into my home. At that time I contact them and they sent someone out 5 days later and the workers informed me that they missed a seal when they did the work initially. This resulted in water damage on ceiling and wall. When I called back to discuss the water damage that resulted from their missed seal, I was told that they would not cover the repair, despite their workers taking full accountability. So after $5,400 to reseal a roof, I have a leaky roof that caused damage that they are refusing to fix.

  Montes Roofing did an excellent job on repairing my roof. Robert came out and inspected the roof and showed me pictures of my roof. He explained what he would do to repair my roof and what type of materials he would use. I received a call from Robert a few days after it rained. He was following up on the job that was done and making sure I was not getting any water in my house. I would definitely use this company again.

  Mendes roofing sealed my flat roof. They gave me a fast and very reasonable quote. They performed the work within the week. Their workmen were meticulous and they left my building in a clean and orderly fashion. I received other quotes more than double what I paid. I am very pleased with their work and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Dan Collins
