  I worked for this crew for about 4 1/2 months myself. Great group of guys and they were always looking forward every morning to getting their jobs done as fast and as safe as possible. We were very disciplined, and hard working. A lot of them were great friends and I wasn't from their area but I was quickly included. If you are looking to work for them, I recommend it as a hard working labor job. They are always looking for new recruits so they can have multiple crews doing multiple homes at once. contact Kyle or Eric if you are interested. Love you Guys !

  We created 2 appointments with Monson & Monson and they missed both those appointments. Finally I had to get up on the roof and give the it a temporary fix on my own. They did finally end up stopping by, but only to say that we did a good job on our own and that they would come out shingles on another day. They didn't. The only reason it's a two star review instead of a one is because our insurance appraiser said they did a quality job when they did our roof the first time.

  Seriously. This company is top notch. We had them come out last year for a repair in the dead of winter (water running down our walls, into a newly remodeled kitchen). They came FAST and did a SUPER job at a great price. Zero problems. Naturally when we decided to repair the entire roof - we called them! Kyle is THE BEST. Very responsive, super great crew, cleanup on point, price SUPER and did I mention that I literally had a new roof WITHIN A WEEK? Our roof is beautiful... look no more, call Kyle.
