  Monroe Restoration was quick to respond, helpful and attentive to my needs. Every person I worked with was professional from the person answering the phone, the project manager, the project supervisor, the movers and the installers. Special thanks to Jim who went above and beyond to make sure I was content. His attention to detail is off the charts and he's a great asset to the team.

  I own the property that Jared Thomas complained about most unprofessionally. The review is not even coherent. Jared Thomas is NOT a licensed contractor (he is in training), and did not witness or have ANYTHING to do with the repairs on the property in question. PLEASE DISREGARD THIS REVIEW. AS THE CUSTOMER AND HOMEOWNER, I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT, AND IT IS NOT IN ANY WAY ACCURATE. Dave at Monroe Restoration is most responsive and helpful. He worked with me every step of the way. AGAIN, please disregard Jared Thomas' review. It does not represent the work done by Monroe Restoration.

  The quality of work is terrible. Unfinished work. They don't return phone calls. They said they did the work when they didn't. Do not use this company, you will regret it. If I could give them a zero I would .
