  This is our second time using Monnot Construction LLC and there aren’t enough positive things to say. We first engaged with team to portion of our roof, the team was professional, on time, and meticulous in their work. On top of that they gave the most honest and fair price, and moved quickly to help us. When we recently had an issue on the interior of our home I immediately called there same day, and then had his team come to complete the project. They were again so reliable, and completed the job with ease. It is a breath of fresh air to work with such honest and reliable people who follow through with their work.

  Monnot Contractors was very helpful and informative about the type and style of gutters that would best fit the type of roof I had. The installation was perfect. They took down my old gutters, cleaned everything up and my new gutters looked great. Very good price too. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you for a job well done.

  Replaced and repaired the siding on the back of our house, re-caulked our front windows and installed shutters on our home. I was impressed by the high ratings here for their work and everyone's mention of it being fairly priced and I was very much not disappointed. Professional, fast, efficient, and did an amazing job on our home for an incredibly reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with his service and attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Monnot Contracting again in the future to work on my home.
