  We had a wonderful experience with Monarch Roofing! We were blown away by how quickly they installed our roof - in just a little over 5 hours! Throughout the installation, Devin Reefer the project manager took pictures of the progress and allowed us to view them via a website an ask any questions without having to leave the house, which they quickly addressed. We especially appreciated the professionalism and help of Lizzie Fitzgerald, the sales manager, who explained our quote to us and answered any questions we had before finalizing. We also found the price to be a great value for the quality of service and product we received. Overall, I'd recommend Monarch to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement.

  I had damage to my roof that initially was only approved for repair with my insurance company. Monarch came out promptly, took a LOT of photos showing the more extensive damage than my insurance company originally approved, and were very helpful with their documentation in getting my entire roof covered for replacement. They had me on their schedule quickly and were able to complete the job in one day. I really liked how thorough they were with their sales pitch, including all of the great warranties on labor and product. It isn't always easy to find professional, quality companies in Wilmington - I definitely recommend Monarch.

  Great company with quality work at a reasonable price! Mike, Jim and Preston are a great team, they were always willing and available to answer any questions we had through call or text. The entire process for roof replacement was very easy, quick and straight forward from start to finish. The entire team was very personable and kind to our family. Definitely recommend!
