  We were pleasantly surprised with how professional and fast this company replied to our roofing needs.. After having a shingle fly off due to a storm it was important for us to have prompt service and they were here the very next day. The company owner, Larry, wasted no time at all getting to work. He also made me feel comfortable and confident in the repair he was doing. Tommy, his right hand man, was fantastic and thorough with explaining what was going on and the process used. The prices were fair and the workmanship was fantastic. We will definitely be calling them for all our roofing needs. Thank you so much Modern Renovations!

  I called Modern Renovations to help with something we knew nothing about. We knew right away they were the company to go with. They were friendly and honest. Larry did tell us that we could possibly wait another year or two before replacing but we wanted to nip this in the bud now. The crew replaced our roof in a day and a half and were polite and cleaned up quite nicely. We love our new roof!!

  We contacted Larry last month to get an estimate on siding which we will have done later this year. He provided a free estimate, walked us through the process, and gave us great insight. Today, he came out do an inspection of our roof as we had a few shingles come off last week during a bad wind storm. Larry discovered issues with our current roof and we will be hiring him and his team to provide a new roof. Throughout all of our interactions with Larry he has been direct, open and honest, timely, and a joy to work with. We'll be contracting him to do our roof and siding this year. Not only has he been great to work with, but the office staff (Amanda) is wonderful as well. We couldn't have asked for a better guy or company to complete these huge projects. Highly recommend Larry and his team at Modern Renovations!
