  We were exceptionally pleased with the service provided by Modern Pro Roofing. We got three bids and there's was right on par so we selected them because Brett was very responsive so we thought he would ensure a good job. He and his colleagues definitely did. They completed the entire roofing process in just one day! This after doing all the necessary paperwork, including extra permission from Denver Landmark Preservation, a requirement in our neighborhood. It was a breeze for us. We ended up asking them to go ahead and replace our gutters too, since they needed it, and they had done such a great job with the roof. I would highly recommend them for either service!

  Modern Pro Roofing did an excellent job on my roof. I have solar panels and needed them temp removed and reinstalled. I was impressed with how quickly the roof was repaired and how fast the solar panels were reinstalled. There was a couple of days the solar guys couldn't work due to heat (95+) but they still got it done before their committed finish date.

  Brett was one of the best contractors I have ever had at my house. It started with a knock at the door and ended with a full replacement of my roof, fence, and portions of my siding, all covered by insurance costs due to a hail storm. I always knew the project status, due to his great communication skills. Roof looks great and very satisfied with using Modern Pro Roofing
