  The whole process was honestly so smooth. It has been the best money spent on our "new" 1940's farmhouse. Our electric bill has been cut by 75% since the installation. They were very professional, set the right expectations and answered all questions concerning the spray foam. I will be coming back for my crawl space to be done next! If you are thinking of extra insulation due to high power bills Danny will hook you up!

  Modern Insulation did an excellent job for our commercial building. The spray foam insulation job that was performed for us was done quickly, efficiently and affordably. Danny went above and beyond. He identified the issues to be fixed and provided solutions for the problems. It has decreased the power bill significantly. We are extremely happy with the outcome! I highly recommend Danny and his team for anyone needing top quality work and first class customer service. You will not find better in the CSRA.

  TL;DR: If you need insulation work, stop looking and just use Modern Insulation. This review is being written a couple of months after they completed work on our home so I have had time to look over the results. We have a large home with multiple insulation issues on multiple floors. Rather than start at Google, I went to the company that distributes insulation products and got referrals for several installers that they recommended. After talking to all of those companies, it was clear that Daniel was extremely passionate about his work and seemed like a good fit for our project. Despite it being a 90 minute drive, he was willing to take our job. He came out to view the site and give a quote and we discussed how to deal with the project as we intend to do construction on part of the house so things will be done in stages. If you look at the company reviews, you will see consistent 5 star ratings. Remembering that people are FAR more likely to write a bad review than a good one, this is an indication of the quality of work they do. While any job like this will involve some disruption, they completed our project in 2 days with minimal mess, cleaning up after themselves. We noticed an immediate difference in temperature control. I spent some time talking to them and all of my concerns and issues were addressed. Daniel even ran some extra ductwork for bathroom fans that were not properly vented originally. Good people, great work, excellent communication and project completed on time at the quoted price. If you need insulation work done, just use them.
