Modern Exterior was professional from start to finish. Charlie and Chase explained what they would do, gave us a good price, worked hard and finished our roof in a day. Clean up was great. We were able to get all our questions answered quickly at all times during the process. I highly recommend Modern Exterior!

I'm new to being responsible for a roof, and Charlie and Jay were very professional but also friendly and reassuring, which made the experience of getting a leak fixed much easier than I feared it would be. They didn't try to oversell me; they did the assessment and completed the work within 10 days; and the cost was below what I anticipated. Highly recommend this company!

They did an amazing job on my roof and siding. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone! They were very good at communicating with me about every detail about the process. They are very reasonable with pricing. Also, they had a very professional team show up and did everything within the time frame I was given! Great job!
