  Experienced this company 100% for months. A room addition is a very complicated and delicate project, I did my research for weeks and met a few contractors. After meeting with all of them the decision was very simple to make. Modern made sure I was heard, they took my opinions and ideas while helping me understand and creating the right expectations. It is a long project and it is a process to get used to having people working in your home everyday for months, but looking back I would not want it any other way. The exterior with the LP siding looks beautiful, and the roof ties in perfectly. In the interior it looks just as good with great tile work, paint, and very detail oriented. Will gladly recommend Modern Concepts for any project! Thanks!!

  Can't recommend them enough! They really blew me away with their quality, communication, and customer service in general. Love my roof, they were fast, careful, and clean! Did my gutters in one day too and looks great. Thank you Modern!
