  After dealing with another roofing company initially (who never returned calls or got around to doing anything), we were lucky to come across MLW roofing. They were kind and professional, and quickly scheduled a visit for an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, and they scheduled the work in short order. Amazingly, they ACTUALLY CAME to do the work on the day they said they would, and they did a great job. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We would definitely hire them again.

  We hired MLW All Phase Construction & Roofing to help with our roof repair/replacement following a storm. In addition, we hired MLW to complete painting and other projects. From start to finish, communication was excellent. All work was completed as scheduled and in a professional manner. We have been very pleased with the work MLW performed and our entire experience with MLW. We highly recommend MLW for home construction, home improvement/remodeling and roofing work.

  We recently used MLW construction to build an outdoor living space and roof over our existing deck. Having met with several contractors before, we were not certain that our vision would be possible due to a complicated roof line. When Marty first came he immediately knew exactly what we wanted and provided us with answers to all of our questions. During the building phase, he dealt immediately with potential problems when they would arise so that they would not delay the project. All of his crew was totally professional and courteous. We have done many home renovation projects and have never had customer service anywhere near what we had with MLW. We will certainly be doing business with them in the future. APS
