  MK was hired to complete an unfinished portion of my garage. The quote was competitive, the work completed professionally and in a short period of time. The job looks better than I expected. None of this though was unexpected. MK did metal roofing and trim for our house, garage, barn and two out-building almost two years ago. Nearly 7800sq.ft. of building space. Their work was outstanding then as well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again in the future. Timely, professional staff, job satisfaction and job site clean up.

  The short review is that I hired MK To do a new Standing Seam Metal roof as well as new siding and new gutters. I had a list of thing I wanted and they handled every one incredibly well. The long review is that I am an Engineer and do nearly all my own home remodeling myself. I am very picky about the work that is done and how it is done. But installing 3000sq ft of roofing as well as siding and gutters was more than i was going to handle myself. I got a few bids to do it and chose MK because they had all the right answers, as well as being able to handle the entire Job from start to finish. As with any job this size I was nervous but in the end I could not be more pleased. My house is from the 70s and I'm not sure the builder owned a square or knew how to use it. So nothing is straight or consistent. But the guys from MK who did the tear off and all the installers, everything came out right. They did a great job making it all come together and I could not be any happier. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were not the lowest bidder I had but they were 100% worth the extra cost for the quality of work.

  I’m very upset about the experience that I received today with this company. My yard was left in a complete disarray and the staff did not advise me that they were leaving for the day. My garage is blocked with there vehicles are you can see in the photos below, also the ladder was left up against my house. Debris and rusty nails where left wherever the fell. As a person in the field of real estate the is completely unacceptable. I have influence with a lot of people and this could’ve meant more money for you and your company. This company came to me highly recommended and after this experience I would never use you or refer you to anyone. I have small children, my garage is blocked what if I have an emergency I can’t pull my car out the garage as both lanes are blocked. Also you just leave the ladder up against my house for anyone to just climb up the ladder. I’m pretty sure this is against code and the department of insurance would have a field day with this work. I’m expecting for something to be done other than saying I’m sorry. If this was anyone else I’m sure this wouldn’t have happened. Again I’m furious and this needs to be rectified immediately before I take my complaint further. You have my contact information. Also I have more photos I didn’t have the heart to post them all. Again this is absolutely unacceptable. Update: The manager came out the work was completed to my satisfaction and the area was cleaned up.
