  First time out, we got a sham of a contractor. He sold a good story, but got started later than he said he would. He was spotty in responding to our emails and many times only worked 3-4 hours at a time. He disputed materials and concrete concerns. He finally walked off the job with not a word, leaving a garage without the roof finished and us with an out of square building etc. MK Contractors is a firm we had used before. We did a walk through and they pointed out what was wrong and what could be better. Then gave us a price which was very agreeable. We had been dealing with the first so called contractor from July to early November. MK Contractors corrected and completed the work in 3 days. We had another party install the overhead door. MK Contractors will be our first call

  Kevin was awesome!!! We are in the process of selling our house and wouldn’t you know during the home inspection roof damage was found. I called MK Contractors late on Wednesday, Kevin showed up before Noon on Thursday to inspect the damage and provide estimate , and repairs were completed before 11:00 AM on Friday..not sure if you could better customer service. Very thankful for Kevin and MK Contractors!!

  Had a small job that needed repair and I cant say enough great things about the professionalism along with the kindness of this company. I would strongly recommend if you need roofing (Large jobs) to minor of just replacing aluminum trim on your house these guys are great. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Especially Marlin. Thanks again
