  Do not hire. We signed a contract after a reasonable bid on a basement finishing job. Handed over 50% deposit. The day after, no answer to his phone or email or texts. No one shows up. Per contract we have asked for our $8,000 back and have hired an attorney. It’s been over four months with no refund. The DA is taking over the case now as it is under criminal law. Please do not make the same mistake as ya. He had great reviews on the BBB prior to 2017 and everything as of 2018 has been negative and his BBB score revoked.

  Please take head and do not hire this contractor. I signed a contract with him on March 2nd, he asked for half of the cost up front which naively I paid over $4,000. Since that time that have shown up 2 nonconsecutive days to begin tearing off existing materials and have not returned. Finally in June I requested to cancel the contract and be refunded my upfront deposit due to non-performance. He has not responded to multiple attempts of communication (phone & email). 4 months later, no work performed, no contact and no refund.
