I had storm/hail damage to my roof. I was so thankful that you were able to come and replace the roof in a timely manner. Anyone that I have talked to about repairs say that they are booked out for at least a year. I was surprised that you cleaned up so thoroughly. I think I only found 1 nail. I wish i could get you to do the siding as quickly as the roof.

Mitchell Roofing was quick with the removal and installation of shingles on my home.  Very good quality and professional.  However, I would recommend that they do a better job of cleaning up.  Otherwise I was satisfied with the job performed.

We saw that they finished up late but…please know we are sending someone back to grab the left over shingle bundles and run a magnet roller over the yard and grab anything else we missed. They were very good about cleaning up, and the roof looks very good.  They have not been back to complete the job.  They still need to complete the well house,  under the patio, as well as the dog house.  I told them not to do the blue shed behind the dog house, per Cory's orders.  Cory said the shed needs to be moved, due to need to replace the siding on the dog house.  He was going to try and convince the adjustor to just purchase a different shed, and get rid of the blue wooden shed. Please let me know when they are planning on returning to complete the shingling.  Thanks,  Amy and Jerold

Our old house was a 3 story with a very steep roof.  It was damaged by hail as was our garage and the carriage house roofs.  Mitchell’s  came and the job was done in 2 1/2 days.  Very professional, very well done.  No debris-nails, wrappers etc were left in the yard or left to blow away.  Now I need them again in a different house.  Contacted them by e-mail on Sat eve, they responded by Mon and they’re coming on Thursday just to inspect a leak in my roof.  My experience with other businesses is my problem is too small to bother with.  I’m shocked!
April is very nice, friendly and very professional.  I’m so impressed!  It’s a pleasure to do business with this company.  I wish they did other jobs like lawns, patios, plumbing.  No one else is this nice, competent and professional with they services.

Very professional, very hard working, they do what they say they will do.  I can't say enough good things about Cory, Matt, Jeff, Ashley, and April at Mitchell Roofing and Siding.  I love good, honest, local companies especially when they take great pride in taking care of their customers.

Paid upfront for a small roof repair on 9/2 and have been trying to get Mitchell Roofing & Siding to complete the work for 2 months. All I get from April in the office is empty promises about calling me back to schedule.

After 7 weeks April calls me to let me know they will be here Friday morning to complete the work that they were paid for 2 months ago. I take a vacation day off from work yesterday to make sure I'm here and available. Guess what. No show and no call.

Given all the positive responses on their page and being called out in Best of Mitchell, I thought they were a reputable business that had a great customer experience.

My experience doesn't reflect that at all. I am very disappointed in Mitchell Roofing & Siding for taking my money and not completing the repairs in the time frame I was given (3 weeks). It's been 8 weeks now and I feel cheated.

Live and learn I guess.

Called him he said he would be there at 12pm showed up at 11 55 am 5 minutes early. Did the job looks great. Have used him 3 times very happy all 3 times. Cleaned up mess every time after done.
