  If you are considering a home repair, remodel or for new construction we highly recommend Mitchell Restoration. Several years ago this company replaced our sadly worn pressure treated deck with a no maintenance product and we are extremely pleased with the results. Owner Paul Mitchell has a stellar work ethic (and expects the same from his crew), is sensible, creative, honest and offers fair & competitive pricing. If you are looking for a contractor that you won't have to chase down, shows up on time, cleans up /leaves things orderly, doesn't run off to juggle other jobs and completes your project within the estimated time, Mitchell Restoration is the real deal.   We had actually asked for a proposal a year ago, when COVID just started, but decided to delay our deck project until the spring of this year. This company stuck with us and really gave us a proposal that was better than the ones the 3 other deck builders presented. Several of them actually took more than 2 weeks to come look at our house. Meanwhile, the inspector for Mitchell Restoration had already looked at our house and submitted his proposal one week before the others sent their inspectors! They were very helpful as we determined what exactly was possible. I always felt like he treated my house like it was his own, from a quality standpoint. If we had ideas that needed to be shot down, he let us down real easy. He knows what would look good and what wouldn’t. For example, we were planning to build our new deck over the old one, but he convinced us how impractical that was and wouldn’t look good. Mitchell Restoration’s top man just showed up unexpectedly one day and said let's do this. Then, they built a small retaining wall to hold everything in place - at no cost to us! We are thrilled and very happy with our deck now.

  Mitchell Restoration just completed a new roof on my house . The person I talked to came over for the initial visit, personally assessed the work that needed to be done, and in great detail explained the process of installing the new roof. The foreman was totally hands-on, and together with his crew, was really wonderful in installing my new roof.....They worked like it was their house.....They did an awesome job. And they cleaned up at day’s end! For me, Mitchell Restoration is the best roofing company I’ve worked with. Thanks for an awesome job!
