  I DON'T dislike the place !! The roofs completed in Covington Pointe look great. But between Minser and Above and Beyond Property Management, there exists little proactive communication between property owners and the Contractor re: schedule, sequence, and most relevant, gutters and downspouts. I'm told Minser will talk to me about my gutters the day before they start my roof. Not acceptable. I get 3 bids for work like that.

  Excellent work & very efficient. They have done my home & my sunroom when a storm messed the roof up. Also ran a magnet around to collect any lost nails. Clean up was a 10.
