After a frustrating experience with another company, we contacted Minnesota Exteriors for a quote --first for new siding and a second, on a replacement roof. Troy D. has been super responsive. We had our quotes on the same day as our meetings. Any messages I've left with questions have been responded to quickly and completely. I'm very happy we got in touch.

We have used MEI three seperate times. First time was for four windows in two of our upper level bedrooms. When we decided to replace our lower level windows, who did we call? MEI of course, Our house is split entry so our basement windows are half in and half out. We had them replace all eight lower level windows. We have a bay window in our living room with four casements with two facing forward and the other two angled. The two front facing windows had rotted. So of course we called MEI for their Wellington brand windows. We love the quality and looks of their windows. Their sales people and installation people are great to work with. During install, they make a minimum mess and when they leave, the only way hat you can tell they were here is by the great looking windows When our porch windows go, you know who we will contact. Troy Dvergsten was our last sales contact. Very easy doing business with him. Thank you again for what you have done for us.

I am very pleased with my new roof. From Troy who listened to my needs to the installers who did quality work and the clean up was so appreciated! I have used MEI for my James Hardy siding, attic installation, and new roof and have ALWAYS been very happy from start to finish!
