  I spoke to the owner Kevin a couple months back he came out to inspect my flat roof at my commercial building. He told me that I would not need a new roof that his roof repair would fix my leaks. He gave me a quote with a 5 year warranty. He spoke very nice and confident that his repairs would fix my leaking issues. I decided to let him proceed with the repairs. He finished the job on November 19, 2021 and sent me pictures via text message . The roof began leaking from the same place on 2/12/2022. I text him, called him, emailed him for the past almost 2 weeks. I spoke to him twice on the phone, first he told me he would send someone out to look at it on 2/18/2022, that he was working on a big project. The day came and went never showed up spoke to him again on 2/22/2022. He acted surprised that no one came to check the leak and said he would get a hold of his technician and call me back in one to two hours. He never called back I called him again today again no answer. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Does not want to make good on the warranty. I feel like after he received the payment for his services he doesn’t care anymore. I feel like I wasted my money on this. Do not use this company.

  They replaced our roof last year, but we have noticed this year that an area of water is pooling and not draining. Over the last two months I have reached out to them multiple times about fixing this issue with intermittent response. One of them finally came out to the house to see what the issue was but never sent a team back out. I’ve been told multiple times about setting a time “this week” or calling me back “this afternoon,” only to be left hanging. The only time I got a quick response from them was when I wrote a negative review (called me back immediately after it was posted). I took it down because I thought we were finally going to get the issue fixed but that wasn’t the case. That was a month ago. I would not recommend them. Pictured is my one year old roof.

  Unfortunately after their leak proofing solution was installed on my flat roof, the leaks did not go away, even after them coming back to redo. Now it's difficult to get a call back and/or come back again to make good on their 15 year warranty. It's been over a year and we are left with water still coming in our building. Not very professional, did not make good on their work, and very unresponsive. Highly do not recommend!!!
