Millstream Construction was referred to me by a friend and I had them along with 2 other contractors look at my roof and Millstream by far out shined them on many levels from being out to my house quickly to access the roof to scheduling the different phases of work to be preformed. 100% happy with everything and I don’t hesitate one bit to refer them. Definitely a top shelf company.

From beginning to end, Millstream kept me well informed of the process and time lines. All inquiries were handled professionally. The crew was exceptionally polite and maintained an incredibly clean work site considering two layers of shingles had to be removed. I highly recommend Millstream for any project you have in mind.

I normally don't leave poor reviews for companies, but I was really disappointed in Millstream. We were looking to have new skylights added to our home, and found that Millstream was a Certified Installer through the manufacturer. They were listed as being a certified installer for "New Skylight Installation" as we as "Replacement Skylight" installation. When I called Millstream I had a lengthy conversation with the woman who answered the phone about *adding* (not replacing) skylights to our home. She told me it was something they did. Subsequently, I rearranged my schedule and came into town (from out of state) to have an appointment with their rep. After an 1hr+ appointment, I was told I'd have the estimate in a few days. After a few days went by I was informed (over text) by the rep that they "don't do new installations". To recap: the manufacturer lists them as doing new installations, their office manager/receptionist told me they do new installations, and their sales rep told me they do installations; but turns out, they don't actually do new installations. They seem like a reputable company and I will say I had a great experience with every person I spoke to throughout the process, but there was an utter breakdown in communication between all the different parts, which resulted in a massive waste of my time. Unfortunately the trust is gone. Which is a shame b/c I was also planning on using them for 3 new roofs as well as windows.

Hello Darrin, Let me first apologize for wasting your time and thank you for going out of your way to meet with us. It is never our intention to mislead or misguide any of our customers. I’d like to take a moment to clarify the chain of events that lead to your experience. We were recently listed as a certified installer with Velux last week. We are certified to both replace and install new skylights. What was unfortunately not clear to Velux as well as the woman you spoke with and your estimator is that we at Millstream install new skylights only when completing full roof projects. At this time we cannot offer skylight only services and this was clarified to the staff after your initial appointment. I’m disappointed to find out that this was communicated to you via text message and not a full conversation to clarify. I hope that you can understand that there was no deception behind this and is truly an accident among newer employees and programs.
