They are a company that hits utilities when they dig, ALOT and they dont know how to call in a correct ticket for it. Undertrained employees that are overworked

Kate, MCG contacts OUPS before any excavation and takes utility work very seriously. Unfortunately, not all utilities are not able to be fully marked by specific entities and consequently can leave crews in the blind.
