  I contacted Millennium Roofing after a hailstorm hit my house to determine if the hail caused any roof damage. They responded quickly and inspected my roof for damage within 24 hours. The result of the roof inspection was that the roof did not sustain any damage from the hail. I greatly appreciate both the quick response and honesty of Millennium Roofing.

  We have worked with Millennium Roofing for several months now and have found them to be reliable and responsive to any requests or concerns that we have expressed. Although, like many local roofing companies, they are extremely busy due to recent storms, they have been available to us whenever we've needed to speak directly to our contact, which is rare in business today.

  This company is one that my father a retired veteran used after the roof was damaged by hail. They hired a second set of contractors which did a poor job on the roof and on clean up. We have been finding nails in our backyard in our driveway for months. It wasn't just us in our neighborhood that had a poor dealing with this company there are a few people that live here that had equally as poor treatment. My family was then approached by Josh where they stated that my mother threatened them with going to the news with the poor work they performed on our roof. With continuing problems with this company and a willingness to not work with us. Now somehow Josh was moved to another company which falls under the same name that is in Florida now were even further behind. The funny part is their own inspectors said the work wasn't done properly and the company is still giving us problems.

  We are sorry you are disappointed with our company. When installing the roof, there was a problem with cleanup during the job. Upon hearing of it, the owners were there within the hour to clean it up themselves. We are not aware of remaining cleanup issues. When we met with the homeowners near Christmas, they did not mention it. The roof itself is secure and watertight. There are several areas on the roof your parents identified that they did not like how it looked, and as communicated to them yesterday we have a crew scheduled to address these cosmetic issues next week. We would’ve done it sooner, but the laborers required to do it were away over the holidays. We do not have an office in Florida. Josh did in fact move on to work for another company there, and doesn’t work with us any longer. When Josh left it unfortunately created some confusion and gaps in communication regarding your parents’ job. We regret the time has taken to properly address the cosmetic concerns your parents have about the roof. We would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly.
