  20 years ago we did our entire house with Milgard. Recently our sliding glass door and one bedroom window became very hard to open. After making an online appointment they came out and fixed both perfectly at no cost to us. The service guys were very polite and they called me 20 minutes before they arrived. So glad we chose Milgard!

  Once I adjusted to the initial change in protocol, it was perfectly fine. When I've called in years past, I spoke to a person about my needs from beginning to end. This time, I was greeted, and in response to my comments, immediately transferred to a recording without another word. Basically, go online and submit the form. Once that was done however, a person phoned me to make my service appointment, and a very courteous technician efficiently made my repairs about a month later. I didn't mind waiting, as it was well worth it to me to not risk the results of doing it myself. If you are handy, apparently they will send you parts and there are videos available to assist you. All things considered, I'm happy to have ongoing customer support from Milgard Windows.

  I had a movable window replaced today. Their employee shown up on time and finished the project in a timely manner. Furthermore, this window was under their exceptional warranty. I was very happy with their products. I Strongly recommend it to all my friends and family members. Enclosed are the pictures before and after.
