  We are a small condo building with beauty shop at ground floor and three units was having leak issues from exterior of the building . We came across five different companies who specializes in brick tuck pointing or waterproofing work This company came highly recommended and very reasonable and Mik was pleasure to deal with . Old bricks looks really beautiful and presentable now and no more water issues . The workers were very polite and courteous wearing masks all the times .

  We have hired Milestone Restoration for 2 projects in the last 3 years and both times they have done great work and charged reasonable prices. The crew has a great attention to detail, works quickly, and leaves the site clean at the end of the day. I would definitely work with them again!

  Milestone Restoration was hired by my husband and I to do various projects for our rental property which also happens to be my parent's home as well as my childhood home. I live in VA and had to do research on various roofing and construction companies in NY. I went up to NYC for a weekend and was able to get several bids for the various repairs we needed completed. Milestone gave me the best price for all that needed to be done. We agreed on a start date for October. I was able to go back to NYC to oversee the project. I was expecting to have a difficult time based on the experience I had just had with my primary residence in dealing with contractors in VA. I'm still dealing with it. Anyhow the experience with Milestone was nothing like I imagined. Mik and his guys were incredible! Mik was responsive. Every question or issue I had he answered. I texted him, he text me right back. I called with a question he answered or called me right back. Mik was at the house everyday when his crew would start. At times he'd come back again in the middle of the day to check on things and he'd return at the end of the day to pick his guys up. The guys were so professional, humble, respectful, and disciplined in their work. They were an incredible and impressive work crew. The work itself was better than I expected. We had our front yard redone. It is a cement yard and it hadn't been attended to in decades. The house was built in 1925 and the yard is big enough to fit 4 to 5 cars. It was caving in at certain areas and it wasn't safe. Milestone broke through the concrete and laid out new cement. It sounds simple but it was not. They did the yard in two parts leaving us space to be able to leave the home if we had to. Milestone also resurfaced my roof with Firestone material. The roof came with a transferable 10 year warranty. We had a new skylight because the old one was broken and had been for years. They also repaired my stairs which were in terrible shape. They did brick pointing on my home and repaired previous work that had been done incorrectly by a neighborhood handyman. The corrected work required them to replace brick in my chimney and reroute gutters. Once all of the work was completed, It looked fantastic. I asked Mik if he could also raise the front iron gate we had in the entrance of the yard and level it. He took care of that. At one point during the cement work, Mik's crew discovered that the drain in the yard was a live drain that was clogged and not a dry well. Mik contacted two plumbers and took care of the fee for the one that did show up. He gave me some guidance and I took his advice and had them add a dry well in the yard since the live drain wasn't working properly. Mik saved me money in having to replace the old drain pipes with new ones. He didn't charge me any extra for this. By the time they were done, the outside of my home had curb appeal. It wasn't exactly beautiful but it went from ugly to pretty. The house still needs additional work but it was a huge start for my husband and I do have this done. I was relieved at seeing the work completed. I had piece of mind the entire time because of Mik's responsiveness and honesty. If you are looking for a company to work on your home for cement work, roofing, or masonry....stop looking and call Milestone! You will not regret it. The reviews are real! I read them before choosing him and now I find myself doing the same for someone else. Unfortunately I didn't take enough pics. but here are some I can share.
