I had a great experience with Midwest Premier Construction. I originally had them help me with some roof leaks that were caused by an ice damn in February. They were prompt, courteous, and I really felt appreciated from the owner John. Fast forward to summer and we had them re-roof our entire house. They sat down with us and gave a full roof installation overview and kept us in the loop on what to expect. We ended up going with the GAF Shingle called Timberline American Harvest and it looks great! We love how our house looks and couldn't be happier with the guys at Midwest Premier Construction!

First of all, I had my new roof installed 2 years ago by any company called Wheaton Roofing, Inc. One week after that my roof was leaking. They came to check and found out that they themselves forgot to put flashing on several spots. Since then, every spring when the big rain came, I would have the leak on my roof again and again. Several repairs made by them seemed to be just a temporary fix. Finally I just fed up with them. I called John Roberts Jr at Midwest Premier Exteriors, Inc. He came very quickly and inspected my roof. He even crawled up into my attic. We found several problems that our prior roofer had done. First they removed my roof vent and did not cover it with the wood. Instead, they just put the shingles over it. If a heavy person stepped on it, he probably would fall into the hole. Also they did not put ice and water shield on the edge of the roof. Thanks to John from Midwest Premier Exterior. He helped me fix the problem once and for all. He even followed up to see if I still have any issue with the leak. I would absolutely recommend this company.

My husband and I used them for a remodel of our older home. It was a big project and we got quotes from multiple contractors. We couldn't be happier with our choice. They were reasonable, finished in the time frame they quoted us, and most importantly, our home looks great!
